The investors have all been involved with successful real estate projects around the world but their common bond is their love for windsurfing and kite surfing on one of the world’s top wind beach destinations.

A multi-disciplinary design team with ample experience in Margarita Island, was chosen to convey all the potential of the natural beauty of El Yaque village and its world famous beach, and the needs of the residents of Oceano Resort Residences, into a magnificent resort project by the Caribbean sea. Some examples of the skill and talent of this design team can be found in projects like Tropical Refuge Resort, La Guacamaya Resort and Green View Residences.

Atmosphere Design Group

Atmosphere Design Group was founded in Toronto, Canada in 2003, and specialized in high end, residential interiors.  The modern and sleek interior style of Atmosphere's design team was soon in demand for commercial and retail clients, and Atmosphere grew to accommodate several large retail projects.  After participating in the design of hospitality spaces, Atmosphere began designing vacation properties in the South Caribbean.
